- eP05-21 Mean Time Between Overhaul (MTBO): 2,500 hours
- Schubeler may recommend a shorter TBO depending on use case
- Customer is responsible for tracking the number of hours it has operated its eP05-21 and for arranging for the
maintenance of its eP05-21 through its Schubeler sales contact - Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping its eP05-21 to Schubelerโs designated facility for the
preventive maintenance. The return shipping cost is included in the preventive maintenance flat fee. - Unless advised differently by the Schubeler sales contact, the preventive maintenance of the eP05-21 will take
approximately 10 working days from the day of receipt of the eP05-21. The Schubeler sales contact will advise
customer of the next available slot - The preventive maintenance of the fan(s) includes:
- bearings replacement
- optical inspection; and
- end-of-line testing
- Schubeler charges a flat fee for the eP05-21 preventive maintenance. Customer should reach out to its Schubeler sales contact for more information.
- Following the inspection of the eP05-21, Schubeler will advise customer of any out-of-warranty repairs or replacements that may be recommended and will provide customer with a quote for the recommended repair/replacement work
- As a general policy, Schubeler replace engine critical parts and repairs engine non-critical parts to the extent they are repairable; and
- will proceed with any in-warranty repair/replacement work that may be needed at no charge to the customer without informing the customer
- End-of-line test the inspected system.
- The general terms and conditions of sale of the eP05-21 shall govern the maintenance and repair work, to the extent applicable.
